WebClip Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy set forth the conditions for using the smartphone application "WebClip" (hereinafter referred to as the "App") provided by the developer (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"), and the handling of user information. By using this App, users are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

Part 1: Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These terms shall apply to all relationships between the user and us regarding the use of this App.

Article 2 (Prohibited Actions)

When using this App, users must not engage in the following acts:

• Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
• Acts related to criminal activities.
• Acts of analyzing, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the programs of this App.
• Acts that destroy or interfere with the server or network functions of us, other users, or third parties.
• Acts that may interfere with the operation of our services.
• Other acts that we deem inappropriate.

Article 3 (Use of External Sites and Content Saving)

• This App provides a browser function to view external websites and save their content as PDFs or other formats.
• When users view external websites or use the save/copy functions, users shall comply with the terms of use, copyright laws, and other relevant laws of the target websites at their own risk.
• We shall not be held liable for any copyright infringement or other disputes with third parties arising from the unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use beyond the scope of private use of the saved content.

Article 4 (Data Handling and Transfer)

• All data created and saved within this App (saved PDFs, memos, images, folders, shortcut settings, etc.) are "locally saved" only on the user's device. They are not transmitted to or saved on our servers.
• Due to the nature of local storage on the device, we do not provide data transfer, cloud backup, or restoration functions when changing devices, losing or damaging devices, or uninstalling (deleting) this App. If you delete this App, the data will be permanently lost.
• However, for In-App Purchases (such as the Pro plan), the purchase status is linked to Apple's system. You can "Restore" your purchase status by using the same Apple ID.

Article 5 (Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability)

• We do not explicitly or implicitly guarantee that this App is free of factual or legal defects (including safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security defects, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).
• We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages incurred by the user due to the use or inability to use this App (including data loss, device malfunction, or legal disputes with third parties).
• We may change, add, or discontinue the contents of this App without prior notice to the user, and we shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user as a result.

Part 2: Privacy Policy

Article 1 (Information Collection)

This App does not directly collect users' personal information (name, address, phone number, email address, etc.). Additionally, the browsing history, input passcodes, saved files, and memo contents are saved only on the user's device, making it impossible for us to collect, view, or use them.

Article 2 (Third-Party Tools)

For the purpose of analyzing the usage status of this App, identifying bugs, or distributing advertisements, usage data and crash logs that cannot identify individuals may be automatically collected through standard features provided by Apple (such as App Store Connect Analytics). The handling of these data is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Article 3 (Provision to Third Parties)

Since we do not collect personal information from users, we do not provide personal information to third parties. However, this does not apply if required by law or if it is necessary for the protection of human life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual.

Article 4 (Changes to Terms and Privacy Policy)

We may change these terms and privacy policy at any time without notifying the user if we deem it necessary. The revised terms and privacy policy shall become effective from the time they are posted on this website.

WebClip 利用規約およびプライバシーポリシー

本規約およびプライバシーポリシーは、開発者（以下「当方」といいます）が提供するスマートフォン向けアプリケーション「WebClip」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）の利用条件、およびユーザー情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。ユーザーは、本アプリを利用することにより、本規約およびプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

第1部：利用規約

第1条（適用）

本規約は、ユーザーと当方との間の本アプリの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。

第2条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
• 犯罪行為に関連する行為
• 本アプリのプログラムを解析、リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル等をする行為
• 当方、本アプリの他のユーザー、または第三者のサーバーやネットワークの機能を破壊したり、妨害したりする行為
• 当方のサービスの運営を妨害するおそれのある行為
• その他、当方が不適切と判断する行為

第3条（外部サイトの利用およびコンテンツの保存）

• 本アプリは、ブラウザ機能を通じて外部のウェブサイトを閲覧、およびその内容をPDF等として保存する機能を提供しています。
• ユーザーが外部ウェブサイトを閲覧、または保存・複製機能を利用する場合、ユーザー自身の責任において対象となるウェブサイトの利用規約、著作権法、その他の関連法令を遵守するものとします。
• 保存されたコンテンツの私的利用の範囲を超えた利用、無断転載、配布等に起因する第三者との著作権侵害等のトラブルについて、当方は一切の責任を負いません。

第4条（データの取り扱いと引き継ぎについて）

• 本アプリ内で作成・保存されたデータ（保存したPDF、メモ、画像、フォルダ、ショートカット設定等）は、すべてユーザーの端末内にのみ「ローカル保存」されます。当方のサーバー等に送信・保存されることはありません。
• 端末内へのローカル保存という性質上、機種変更、端末の紛失・故障、本アプリのアンインストール（削除）等に伴うデータの引き継ぎ、クラウドバックアップ、および復元機能は提供しておりません。 本アプリを削除した場合、データは完全に消失します。
• ただし、App内課金（Proプラン等の購入状態）については、Appleのシステムに紐づいているため、同一のApple IDを使用することで購入状態の「復元（引き継ぎ）」が可能です。

第5条（免責事項とリスクマネジメント）

• 当方は、本アプリに事実上または法律上の瑕疵（安全性、信頼性、正確性、完全性、有効性、特定の目的への適合性、セキュリティなどに関する欠陥、エラーやバグ、権利侵害などを含みます）がないことを明示的にも黙示的にも保証しておりません。
• 本アプリの利用、または利用できなかったこと（データの消失、端末の不具合、第三者との法的なトラブルを含む）によってユーザーに生じた直接的、間接的、偶発的、結果的、または特別損害について、当方は一切の賠償責任を負わないものとします。
• 当方は、ユーザーに事前に通知することなく、本アプリの内容を変更、追加、または提供を中止・終了することができるものとし、これによってユーザーに生じた損害について一切の責任を負いません。

第2部：プライバシーポリシー

第1条（収集する情報）

本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報（氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス等）を直接収集することはありません。また、本アプリ内で閲覧したウェブサイトの履歴、入力したパスコード、保存したファイルやメモの内容は、すべてユーザーの端末内にのみ保存され、当方がこれらを収集・閲覧・利用することは不可能です。

第2条（サードパーティのツールについて）

本アプリの利用状況の解析や不具合の特定、または広告配信等の目的で、Apple社が提供する標準的な機能（App Store Connectのアナリティクス等）を通じて、個人を特定できない範囲の利用データやクラッシュログが自動的に収集される場合があります。これらのデータの取り扱いについては、Apple社のプライバシーポリシーに準拠します。

第3条（個人情報の第三者提供）

当方は、ユーザーから個人情報を取得していないため、第三者へ個人情報を提供することはありません。ただし、法令に基づく要請がある場合や、人の生命・身体または財産の保護のために必要があり、本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合はこの限りではありません。

第4条（規約・プライバシーポリシーの変更）

当方は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなくいつでも本規約およびプライバシーポリシーを変更することができるものとします。変更後の規約およびプライバシーポリシーは、本ウェブサイト上に掲示された時点から効力を生じるものとします。
